| STUDENTS The students in IIS come from a wide range of cultures. They form a delightful, open, friendly and talented student body. Many of the students have English as their mother tongue, while some can speak two or three different languages. The international nature of the curricula offered at IIS enables students to undertake further study anywhere in the world. STUDENT COUNCIL The School has a Student Council which is made up of representatives and deputy representatives elected yearly from each grade in the Junior and Senior Sections of the school. There is also a Student Council Chairperson who is the elected representative from the Senior School Year Four class. The School’s Student Counsellor supervises all the activities of the Student Council. The function of the Student Council is to promote the interests of all students in school. |
